Uploaded files not showing in oracle web center ECM

Hi,

There is some issue i could not understand why it is happening.Before 2 days when I uploaded the some multiple files, I was not able to find them. This morning when I went back to same folder, I see all my files exist. Below are the screenshot from yesterday. I am using 11.1.1.8.version

Even after uploading files, folder was empty.

Today, I see all files are displayed. Then again i tried by noon.now same issue occurs.I have searched in google .but I got the information like

Can you please tell me what is the reason ?or is this reason?
