ARM Request Reassignment workflow

Hi,

Our user is asking whether there is a functionality within the ARM (Reconciliation Manager) application

for the "Actions" components to be adjusted as follows (see image) or to be enhanced to allow Workflow, especially

to allow users to request remapping of accounts and then the admin to mark the task as complete when it is completed.

When the user submit a request, e.g. to "Re-map accounts", the admin can then mark the request as complete
