Can a partial receipt be reversed if the PV voucher has been paid?

A user wants to reverse a partial receipt OV, but I see in the P0411 that the PV has status P (paid in full).

Is there any legitimate way of now reversing that partial receipt, on a specific date (two years after the invoice was paid)?

I think not, but just want to check if there is any way around it.
