Hi,

Item: UR6AH, Serial # A6AC15001517 received through RMA to inventory, but this transaction update is not posted to IB as still the item instance Accounting classification is still showing ans CUST PROD. due to this we are not able to use this serial in debrief form even if the serial is in inventory.
