1. Current Compa-ratio and Proposed Compa-ratio:  how do we format so they display to one decimal place?

2. Merit/Lump Sum Worksheet: when entries are saved the page jumps to the top.  Is there a way to prevent the page from jumping?

3. Employee Statement: currently if the Total Annual Increase Amount equals $0.00, then the Annual Salary displays in the New column.  We do not want the Annual Salary to display when there is no increase. Is there a way to display data in the New column only if the Total Annual Increase Amount is greater than $0.00?
