12.1.3 Service Request - Charges - Pricing Rules -Billing Currency- Make it editable

Hi

We would like the billing currency field to be editable for Multi currency charges processing (there are lot of customers in NZD) by the service coordinator.

Currently the billing currency field is greyed out and user cannot select any other currency enabled in the price list.

PS: I have seen 12.2.3 feature but unfortunately we cannot apply patches or upgrade.

Can we have a forms personalization to achieve the above requirement and please advise the steps?
