Vendor Tax Certificate Management

Is there anything in JDE that would allow us to keep track of tax exemption certificates provided to vendors?  Basically looking for something to record that yes we've provided a certificate, when it was provided and when it expires.  This may need to be by state in addition to vendor.

I was thinking of using supplemental data if nothing exists.

Tools 9.2 and apps 9.1
