Enterprise Manager Prerequisite Kit - Stuck at Password Prompt

Windows Server 2012 R2

EM 13.1.0.0

Database 12.1.0.2

So I'm running the following:

setup_em13100_win64.exe -J-Djava.io.tmpdir=D:\Temp EMPREREQ_KIT=true EMPREREQKIT_PROPERTY_FILE=D:\Installs\Oracle\EMPreReqKit.rsp

And when it finally brings up a command prompt window (see attached), it is at a prompt to enter the SYS password but I can't enter it.  It's not accepting any keystrokes.

I'm stuck.
