Deleting Format for Everyone, does it include the style assigned through configuration?

Just wanted to ask if the Delete Format for everyone really meant to delete even the format we set using configuration tools?

e.i. WP Sales C is assign to have prefix $.

In UI the measure displays this value "$100.00". And when the user deleted the format for everyone, the UI will display value of "100.00" without the $ sign.

This is the behavior we are encountering for RPAS v.15.0.1.9.

Appreciate for any inputs that you may provide.
