Address book record creation

I have question, when i get a call from a new customer to create a sale order and the address book record is not available in E1 system.Do we have option in E1 system to create address book record for that customer via sale order entry on fly? I noted this functionality is available in JDE world A9.3(even thought he address book record not available in world soft, they have option to create customer record via form exit and it stores in address book). Please let me know do we have anything like this in JDE E1.
