Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle Client 32 Bit

Hi All,

I need to install Oracle DB on WIndows 7 64 bit machine and Oracle client 32 bit as well.

I was able to successfully install the Oracle Database.

But somehow the Oracle client installation is failing.

The installed just exits without any message or warning without installation.

Did anyone face this issue before?

The version od DB and client are 12c
