Merge ORCO 12.0.9 from 11 countries servers into one server

Hello,

We have 1000 stores in 11 countries and each country has ORCO server for the stores in this country,We need to merge all these ORCO servers for all countries into one server (keep data from each country separated)  , my question is ,is it possible and supported to do such action ,and if the answer yes what is the best approach to make such merge without affecting  work in the stores .
