PN- Approval Workflow issue

We did AME Setup and changed the status of the lease to Submitted. The system changes the status to "Draft" with notification with a message Lease Rejected As Approver Not found.

We applied patch 12378114 and file version is PNLAMWFB.pls 120.0.12010000.8. Still we are facing same issue.

Can any one help?
