calc script perfomance is low after upgrading from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.4.010

Issue: In 11.1.2.4.010 Calc scripts execution takes more time in DEV environment in comparison to 11.1.2.2. The timing difference is almost double. For example the script takes 4 hours in 11.1.2.2 but the same script takes 7 hours in 11.1.2.4.010

Environment: This is an upgraded environment which means 11.1.2.2 was firsts installed and then maintenance install of 11.1.2.4 was done on top of it.

Server details:  Linux – Installed and configured Foundation components,EAS,APS,Reports

                                Windows 2012 R2 – Planning, essbase

                                Windows 2012 R2 – DRM 11.2.4.341

                                MS SQL server hosts all Database for planning,eas,foundation

                                Oracle database for DRM applications only

steps tried : 1. Copied Essbase.cfg parameters from old prod to new dev and tested
