Water Mark in RTF Template

Hi,

I am trying to print watermark in RTF template but i am not able achieve it.Water market should print based on status if status is Approved then it is ORIGINAL else it is COPY.

Please find the rtf template and xml files in attachment and kindly provide your inputs what i am doing wrong in rtf template.
