What's the progress of Bug 9384747 : NEED API FOR GL SECURITY RULES, LINES, USAGE ?

Hi All,

     I would like to import security rules and cross-validation rules from legacy system . And I found there was already an enhancement for this functionality documented in knowledge base .

     But I cannot find any progress on this enhancement  .

    Do anybody know how it is going ? Or who can help me out with this requirement?
