Deleting EE Information with no transactions

I want to ask how to delete employees data (because of coding issues in the AB) that have not any transactions yet.

I deleted those tables from the database:

Employee Master Information (F060116)

Employee Master Additional Information File (F060120)

Employee Master - International Data (F060117)

Employee Master - International Data Tag (F060117A)

Employee Jobs (F060118)

Address Book Master (F0101)

Yet, while using the quick hire to re-upload the employees, I recieve an error (Kindly find attached a screenshot attached).
