Need to stop MRP Exception Message Workflow notifications

Hello All,

We have
issue that few users are getting planning exception notifications mail to their
inbox. Business don’t want to receive such kind of mails for all items/all
users. There is a solution to do changes on workflow with the reference of Doc ID 333730.1 and business don’t want to do changes on seeded
workflow.

We did couple of testing as below .Note: We are in R12 and using MRP plan
