Cost Allocation Did not update item cost when the amount in GL decreased
Hi i need explanation for this case:
Case 1:
If amount in GL Added, The item cost increased
Example: GL Balance 10000, after allocate item cost component for allocation=500. i try to add the balancein GL, add=5000. item cost update to 750. its as expected
Case 2:
If Amount in GL reduced, the item cost not decreased
Examples: I try to reduce GL Balance by reclass the Amount, lets say Dr 10000 Reclass Cr 2000, now the balance is 8000. after run cost allocation, the item cost component is still the same=500.
why the cost is not update when the balance is reduced?
