ASM I/O Error

Hi

I have oracle 11.2.0.4 and this database has a active data guard .

Yesterday, i had this error in alert.log of active data guard : ERROR: unrecoverable error ORA-29701 raised in ASM I/O path;terminating process 51908 This error raised when users wants to join two tables with any where clause and when they filter data with some where cluases , this error was not raising .

Now , i have this error and another mistake . Primary database and active data guard are sync but the result of some queries are different on these databases.

Can you help me what is the mistake ?
