Discount Filter - PDC

I have a doubt in discount filter option. I have configured on discount offer with filter option in such a way it should apply discount to a particular charge offer alone. I have used the pricing name under the filter option.But the discount is getting applied to all the charge offers I subscribed for a account.

Pricing name given in the filter option is correct.

I am not sure with the .* values in the ifw_discountdetail table.

Please let me know, where I can check those discount filter configurations and also tell how it should be.
