How do I translate VM guest disk on Oracle Linux to a virtual disk on the ovm server?

I have a disk on an Oracle Linux guest, and I want to know which virtual disk it belongs to on the OVM server.

For example the device /dev/xvde on the guest belongs to which virtual disk.
