Manager is able to view and take action on ex-employees under Performance Management Task List.
Ex-employees are visible under performance management task list .It should updated whenever any employee terminated in core hr.
Republishing plan with 'Revaluate Plan Population' option works fine. Whenever any employee record gets terminated in the system, his record is visible under KRA plan till we run this Revaluate plan option. So we need to republish plan again and again .
This solution is not full proof as it requires manual intervention of republishing plan. Ideally it should be in sync with Core HR. Our requirement is to restricting ex-employees from PMS at real time whenever his records terminates from the Core HR.
