Receipt Application Delay

Hi, we are encountering a delay when the users try and apply to receipts, process is to go into Receipts -> Apply (Applications) and choose apply to, at this stage once the LOV is clicked there is a lengthy delay, even if the field is narrowed by providing information this does not ease the issue. Oracle 11.5.10.2

I believe this may be a known issue however trying to find here is a bit of a challenge.
