INSTALL_SITE_USE_ID not populated in CS_INCIDENTS_ALL table

Hi all,

In two of our SRs, INSTALL_SITE_USE_ID has not populated. We are using this field in one of our process.

As Doc ID 390380.1, I have checked 'Service Request form' --> 'Addresses tab' --> ' "Installed At" address and/or "Ship To" address', 'ship to' address is correctly defined there.

How INSTALL_SITE_USE_ID can be populated in CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B table for these SRs.
