How To Use AME To Setup Internal Requisition Approval by Employee/Supervisor?

Hello All,

Please, I am trying to create AME for Internal Requisition   which has to go through the Requester's Supervisor and another Senior employee approvals (two levels of approvals for every Internal Requisition raised).

However, each department within the organization  will have a buyer and anytime they raises Internal Requisition it will go through the buyer's immediate supervisor before go to another senior management staff within the organization.Under the Approver's Group I am looking how I can drive this dynamically(User Type).

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
