Execute bsu.sh -install

Hi all,

I have download p21984589_1036_Generic.zip and I have unzip it to {MW_HOME}/utils/bsu/cache_dir.

Into {MW_HOME}/utils/bsu dir I performed bsu.sh -install -patch_download_dir={MW_HOME}/utils/bsu/cache_dir -patchlist={PATCH_ID} -prod_dir={WL_HOME}

but I have these java errors and I cannot install patch.
