Clearing Submitted Updates from EPPM Queue?? (13989118)

After applying updates via P6 EPPM, the submitted updates remain in the queue. The updates that remain have no information in them but continue to pop up as "Pending Updates" when the project is opened. Has there been any solution found for this issue? Or is this a bug in P6 EPPM v8.3.8?
