Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Contracts - Sales Credit is not avalable

Hi,

I've created a contract in VISION - version 12.2.4.

Getting QA Check error: "Quota Sales Credit at line must be assigned to 100% in contract line 1, Service."

Trying to add a sale credit to header or line gets error message: Function not available to this responsibility.

Please advise what is the wrong or missing setup preventing this action.
