BSSV Deploy Failed for Websphere Application Server after Upgrade to JDE 9.2

Hello All,

I am facing the exact same issue as listed in the below doc id. However the resolution / bug does not provide any further details on how to resolve. My BSSV setup is as follows and I am seeing the below error in the e1agent log while deploying the BSSV package in 9.2.0.5. It lists a bug id but does not provide details on how I can resolve this.

Application Release: 9.1

Tools Release: 9.2.0.5

BSSV Build: JAX-WS

JDeveloper 12.1.3

JDK 1.7

IBM WebSphere 8.5.5 on Windows 2012 R2
