Period Name customization

Hi All,

We are currently implementing ARM 11.2.3.7

We are hoping to customize some of the historical period names to say OCT2015(Historical period)

But this obviously leads to a staging error. I tried changing the name of the balance extract to be exactly similar to the period name in the application and also changed the name of the period to be OCT2015(Historical period) in FDMEE > Period Mapping > Application Mapping

Is there a way to customize the period name without throwing a data load error.
