Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I am applying weblogic patches as part of an EBS 12.2 upgrade.

Patch 22128205 (GK5N) shows a pre-req of EJUW

EJUW is patch 20780171

20780171 is superceded by patch 23094342

Applied 23094342

Trying patch 22128205 again still shows a prereq of EJUW
