Defining Regulation for the ACA plans
For the plans that we have identified as ACA plans, we need to assign the Regulation and Reporting Group under the Regulation Tab.
1. What should be the effective date to assign the regulation for the plan?
2. Should we date track to every month and assign the regulation every month to the plan? Or assigning it once is okay?
Any help on these questions is highly appreciated.
