P6 Visualizer using P6 Pro Cloud & SAML Auth

When attempting to launch Visualizer within and outside P6 client via P6 Pro Cloud Connect with SAML authentication behind a reverse proxy visualizer runs in to the following errors.  The user name is all lower case with dots (.) between first middle initial and last.  Attempted, fixes in all doc id's below.  Wondering if there need to be any settings in the Settings table for Visualizer?  Any ideas on troubleshooting?  No errors in the p6procloudconnect log.

Visualizer.log shows

Exception CloudResponseType 1414012997 not supported.

Information Warn Connection initialization failure for alias , username

Primavera VisualizerCMD.log shows (when run outside of P6)
