Oracle 11g Grid for Windows 2012 R2 install/setup

I already have a database (IFSBKUP) with Database Control (but that limits me to seeing the local DB only).

I want to install Oracle Grid on Windows 2012 R2 environment so that I can use it to monitor other databases on other servers.

I have installed Grid using Software Only, but do not get an Oracle Grid URL.

I installed the Oracle patches required for Windows 2012 R2, Oracle Grid software installed OK.

Am I missing something else ?  No what ?
