Patching Issue

Hi All,

Please help to resolve the below  patching issue when trying to upgrade vision instance from 12.2.0 to 12.2.5.

1.it was created with start cd48 on a year back and trying to upgrade

2. db upgraded to 11.2.04

3.fmw upgraded to 11.1..7

4. All pre-requisite patches applied as per 1594274.1.

5. trying to apply "adop phase=apply patches=20784380,22363475,22495069 merge=yes" as per note id 1617461.1
