How to Notify Preventive Maintenance schedules in advance (1 or 2 days) before creating actual sched

Hi All,

We are newely implementing Preventive Maintenance for our assets, we have Heavy and Light  Vehicles; for heavy vehicles we need to set the PM schedules based on the KM or HR which ever comes first and for light vehicles every 5000 KM  maintenance should happen.

I have gone through the PDF and some forums and tried to understand the PM functionality and done some basic setups as per the client requirement, I am able to generate the WO as per the user requirement but further testing is required before we demonstrate to our business users.

"We have an requirement where we need to send alert messages via WF notifications or from the reports or may be any other source  to our business users in advance 7 to 2 days before actual scheduled WO creates from PM Generate WO or from the scheduled maintenance form.
