How to monitor datafile size growth.

Hi All,

I am runing some process on my application. Datafile size is increasing rapidly due to this process. I want to get more information on datafile growth like.

which object is growing (table, index....), In which Datafile, szise of object etc etc.

Note that I am not using EM or any other tool. Only SQL command/script required to track this growth.
