Need Help on Connecting SQL Developer to a Local Siebel Database

Im trying to connect SQL Developer to my local siebel database. ive already setup a odbc for it.

I can do a checkin and check out of object so the odbc is tested ok. is there something wrong?

here is my connection parameteres

connection type = Basic

Hostname=localhost

port:1521

SID=<odbc name>
