Advance to be deducted in more than one payroll

Hello,

I have the following case:

One employee is leaving for 2 months vacation and I give to him 2 salaries as advance for the time he will be on vacation.

I am using the P07210i application to give him the advance.

I want the amount given to him as advance to be deducted in installments (not in one payroll) till the total amount is deducted.

How the DBA deduction for the advance needs to be setup properly? I tried to use the arrearage methods (e.g. Q method) but without any success. I don’t know if this is the right way to do it.
