Need help with making a field un-editable using form personalisation

Hi,

We are trying to make the "Date Placed in Service" field in FA Books window as un-editable. Thoguh the set-ups for the form personalization looks good, we are getting below error on FA Books window

FRM-41015:Cannot set ENTERABLE attribute of the current item FA_BOOKS.DATE_PLACED_IN_SERVICE
