In order to assist with complying with OMB's requirement for the Agency Budget Accounts Summary as defined here:

“The Agency Budget Accounts Summary is to be completed at the agency level for the PY, CY and the BY (not at the individual investment level).  It should include all budget accounts that fund IT across the agency. While budget account codes are listed within each IT investment, the below table will summarize the total IT funded from each account, and the CIO’s level of authority for each.  The amounts should include all funding (Agency Funding) that is spent on IT, including FTEs and provisioned IT services.”
