Sales Order Header F4201 SHOTOT Order Total being calculated incorrectly

Sales Order Header SHOTOT Order Total is being calculated incorrectly.

It appears to be mainly on configured items where it gets the base price of the parent line but not the subsequent adjustments of the child lines.

This may be due to our customization of configured items.

Questions:
What is/are the MBF(s) used to calculate this at order entry/change?

Also what clears/adjusts the SHOTOT when the order is closed?

Should all closed order contain $0 in the SHOTOT?
