When Third Party Insurance is added to the contract (in between contract term) existing LEASE_POLICY

1. Create a contract without any insurance on it (e.g. Contract Number= C1, Term=12, start date= 01-APR-16, End date= 31-MAR-17).
2. Run automatic insurance program. This will create and activate LEASE_POLICY on the contract based on profile options 'OKL: Days after contract booking date to activate policy' and 'OKL: Days after contract booking date to policy creation'.
3. Run billing
4. Add 'Third Party Insurance' on the contract from Lease Center.
4. Run 'Automatic Insurance Program'.

Requirement/Expectation:
Once Third Party Insurance details added to contract and 'Automatic Insurance Program' invoked, Lease_policy should be cancelled/deactivated and 'Third Party Insurance' should be activated.
