How can I remove retro entries?
Good morning,
We have the following scenario relating to retro entries for a workers compensation claim element
- The excess override for our workers comp claim element was set to 0 as at 10-JUN-2014.
- The payroll was processed for week ending 24-JUL-2016.
- We were then advised that the excess override was around $900. The element input value was corrected.
- A mid-week payment was done to pay the employee the correct excess amount. In doing so the retro process was run for week ending 24-JUL-2016 in error, rather than week ending 31-JUL-2016. This has caused unprocessed retro elements in week ending 24-JUL-2016 for the excess amount owed. These should have been rolled back and processed in week ending 31-JUL-2016
