bi publisher 11g i can't add the folder in roles and permissions

hi Guys I am newbie in Bi publisher, and I am using this site

as my reference to set my OBIEE11g.

I am using SQL as my database server,

and now I was successfully installed RCU Database and OBI

However, while following the instruction I got stuck with this part of adding folder under roles and per mission,

I cant see the option add folder.

Hopefully someone can help me on this.
