Where to provide information of previous PO's and SO's no in PO and SO documents?

Dear All Experts,

We have a requirement that we have legacy system and there PO and SO were present. Now we are moving towards ebs application and needs to enter the open documents in ebs oracle application. We have two documents one is Purchase Order and other is Sales Order.

Now we are trying to load these open documents in our new / current system. So suppose in previous legacy system PO no or SO no was 1234, now I need to know that for which previous no my new document exists. So in which field of Purchase Order and Sales Order I can mention my previous no's for reference and for searching so that I can find my PO and SO from find forms?
