Records not populated in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table

We are doing regular price change events using the UI and we can see that the price change is going into approved status and there are no conflict checks. However, this information does not seem to flow to rpm_future_retail table because when we query the rpm_future_retail table, the approved price change for the future dates is not present.

We even created a new item in RMS and made it flow to RPM and attempted doing a price change for the future. In the RPM_PRICE_CHANGE table, the state is approved but we are not seeing the record in the future_retail table. We can also see the record in Rpm_Price_Chg_Payload table. Please note that we do not have SIM or POS and so we do not know if the information is flowing through RIB as well.
