How to compare DD from two environmnet in EO 8.11 (PD to PS Compare)

Apart from JDE 8.11 we have Data Dictionary Compare report (R969200N) which compares data dictionary items between two environments or data sources.

In EO 8.11 there is no such report available.

I found one UBE  R999210 (Data Dictionary Compare and Update) but its showing it will update DD too in environment.

Please let me know steps which we can use with UBE R999210 or processing option we need to put to get only DD comparison apart from updating DD.
