API to Adjust cycle count

Hi all,

We have a requirement to do cycle count adjustment using API. So anyone please help us to  get the API to do cycle count adjustment after generating cycle count.

Also can you help us to identify where the system quantity result after cycle count generation  is saved as there is no data existing in MTL_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES table?
